Thanks to the Nevada Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, CIS of Nevada is thrilled to host author Suzanne Morgan Williams at four of our schools.
Williams, author of Bull Rider, a Junior Library Guild Selection, and of 11 nonfiction children’s books, came to a teacher workshop at Griffith Elementary and read to fourth and fifth grade students at Griffith, Cambeiro and Fitzgerald Elementary Schools.
Williams is a former elementary school teacher and lives in Reno. The students loved her presentation and got the chance to test their own writing skills.
