Raymond Specht, founder of Specht Leadership Consulting and chairman of the board of Communities In Schools of Nevada (CIS), the fifth largest state office of the nation’s leading dropout prevention organization with affiliate offices in in the Clark, Elko, Humboldt and Washoe County school districts, announces the appointment of Nicole Neal to resource development director.
In her role, Neal oversees all fundraising efforts for CIS through the creation and implementation of a strategic and comprehensive development plan that includes donor cultivation, grants, charitable initiatives and marketing opportunities.
Most recently, Neal served as director of corporate initiatives for Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada where she identified and executed key projects that boosted the organization’s success. She also served as director of engagement for the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce where she cultivated, developed and leveraged new relationships with scores of corporate and nonprofit organizations across the valley.
Neal has more than two decades of hospitality leadership experience through various positions including: director of concierge and guest services manager as well as public relations and communications director for Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts; and Les Clefs d’Or Concierge for Ritz Carlton. Through her extensive professional experience, Neal has successfully fostered a network of relationships with a broad range of corporate and nonprofit organizations, advocating for initiatives that impact local communities and properties she represents.
