Communities In Schools (CIS), the nation’s largest and most effective dropout prevention organization in the country will ring the Opening Bell at the NYSE to raise awareness of efforts to change the picture of education in the U.S. by helping more kids stay in school and achieve in life.
Lenny Stern, board member of the CIS national office, State Director Jim Purcell of CIS of Delaware and Ryan Riley, State Director of CIS of Pennsylvania will be joined by CIS Site Coordinators and students on the podium of the New York Stock Exchange Monday, January 5 at 9:30 am EST.
